Booking cancellation
Guarantee Policy: All bookings require a valid credit card. The total booking price will be charged on the credit card after the booking is made. Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy will vary depending on the type of rate. "10% discount rate - not refundable" without cancellation possibility under any pretext; or Non-refundable rate without possibility of cancellation or "Standard Rate - Free Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in date" with free cancellation within stated time. In the event of cancellation within 7 days of check-in date the total price will be charged. Cancellations of bookings made on our website must be made by replying to the booking confirmation email from the given email address. Cancellations of bookings made by any of our agents should be made with them.
Natural Reserve
We are in Parque das Nações, a quarter of an hour away from Lisbon city center, but we are very close to the Tagus Estuary Natural Reserve (part of the Reserva Natura 2000), an extremely rich protection area of wildlife and flora typical of environments bathed by salinized waters. In the region you can see more than a hundred species of birds and more than twenty of plants typical of these ecosystems.

There is public parking for your car on site, charges apply.
Smoking forbidden
Smoking is not allowed inside the river barges nor during the tours.

Arrival and departure
You can enter the barge from 15:00 (3:00 p.m.) on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure you must leave the boat until 12 noon.
